主要科研领域与方向
着眼于我国近海频发的海洋污染事件,利用现代海洋分子生物学、组学(蛋 白质组学、转录组学、代谢组学、miRNA组学等)、细胞生物学和传统毒理学等 相结合的手段,重点关注海洋贝类的天然免疫、海洋污染物毒性效应及其致毒机 制,从中筛选海洋环境污染的生物标志物和毒性关键基因,以期用于海洋污染的 生物指示工作,并为海洋贝类养殖业的抗逆育种提供可靠的分子靶标;同时,利 用海洋生物对某些污染物的生物可利用性,对受损海洋环境进行生物治理与修复。
